You can apply to become a Vendor with Amass if You meet the following criteria:
As a company, Amass commits to regularly updating the Website categories and features, maintaining high service quality, and providing 24/7 customer support.
Amass reserves the sole discretion to either accept or reject placing a vendor on the website if it is deemed that the vendor's offerings do not align with the vision of the Amass project. You may contact Amass to request additional information on the rejection or approval of your application. If/once approved Amass will furnish all necessary information to complete the authorization form/agreement or other required documents. Vendors may fill out various types of documents such as authorization forms, agreements between parties and price quotes. For any other document types requested by Your company, please reach out to info@amassproject.com
Payment can be made through various payment methods we have available, such as bank wire or credit card Payments.
Payment cards (credit cards or debit cards) are subject to validation checks and authorization by Your card issuer. If we do not receive the required authorization, We will not be liable for any delay for Your subscription Activation.
The Credit Card payments at Amass are being processed by third-party payment processors that we believe are in full compliance with the requirements of applicable legislation. However, they may have Terms of Use other than described in this agreement, so we encourage you to be aware when you leave our site and to read the Terms of Use of any website that collects personally identifiable information.
The payment link provided to the authorized individuals/businesses is strictly non-transferable. It is intended solely for the use of the individuals or businesses who have successfully passed the prior authorization process outlined in the respective authorization form. Under no circumstances should the payment link be shared, transferred, or utilized by any third party. Any attempt to transfer or share the payment link without proper authorization constitutes a breach of these terms and may result in legal action and the immediate termination of services.
In order to process the bank wire, both parties should sign the authorization form/agreement, after which Amass will issue an invoice. Payment should be made in AMD currency following the remittance instructions provided by Amass. Upon receiving payment confirmation, Your subscription will be activated.
The Service or some parts of the Service are available only with a paid Subscription. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (such as monthly or annually), depending on the type of Subscription plan You select when purchasing the Subscription. All specifications regarding Amass subscription are visible on the pricing page available on the website.
At the end of each period, Your Subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless You cancel it or the Company cancels it.
You may cancel Your Subscription renewal by contacting the Company. You will not receive a refund for the fees You already paid for Your current Subscription period and You will be able to access the Service until the end of Your current Subscription period.
If You decide to cancel the renewal, You should cancel Your subscription 48 hours prior to the next billing term. After the subscription has been terminated, We have the option to downgrade the account and remove various items including the complete listing, images, and all listing - associated details.
You shall provide the Company with accurate and complete billing information including full name, address, state, zip code, telephone number, and a valid payment method information.
Should automatic billing fail to occur for any reason, the Company will issue an electronic invoice indicating that You must proceed manually, within a certain deadline date, with the full payment corresponding to the billing period as indicated on the invoice.
Except when required by law, paid Subscription fees are non-refundable.
Certain refund requests for Subscriptions may be considered by the Company on a case-by-case basis and granted at the sole discretion of the Company.
For any questions or concerns regarding a payment made to Amass, please, contact Our Customer Support team before filing a chargeback or reversal of payment as the failure of Your chargeback may result in Your being liable for all fees applicable to the Amass services primarily purchased by You.
Contacting us first will also help avoid the termination of Amass services and Your account being blocked.
Amass has no obligation to provide a refund or credit for reasons including but not limited to, if You:
We’ll do our best to be available 24 hours a day, seven days a week and 365 days a year. However, You agree that Amass may, in its absolute discretion, and for certain reasons and at any time, with or without notice interrupt or suspend Your right to access the whole or any part of the website.
Amass may also interrupt or suspend the provision of the whole or any part of the content and/or the services available on the Website to users whom Amass reasonably believes have infringed upon other users’ rights or violated the terms of this Agreement and/or the laws of the Republic of Armenia.
Except for cases expressly provided for in the Agreement, We are not liable under the Agreement for:
The Website is not responsible for the quality of goods and services advertised by the Vendor, since it does not provide functionality for making transactions.
We are not responsible for violation of copyrights of third parties if such violation is committed in texts or images transmitted by the Vendor.
We may provide You with notices in the following ways:
We reserve the right to notify You through various channels, including banners or pop-ups on the website, the email address You provided, or any other means available to Us.
For instance, We may email You if Our Service undergoes temporary suspension for maintenance purposes. These communications, which are non-promotional, cannot generally be opted out of. Should You prefer not to receive them, You can deactivate Your account.
By subscribing to Our newsletter, whether as a visitor or registered vendor, You consent to receive email newsletters, notifications, or other marketing materials from Amass. You retain the option to unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the unsubscribe link provided in each email.
We may terminate or suspend Your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if You breach these Terms and Conditions.
Upon termination, Your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
If You have any concern or dispute about the Service, You agree to first try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting the Company.
These Terms and Conditions may have been translated if We have made them available to You on Our Service. You agree that the original English text shall prevail in the case of a dispute.
We reserve the right, at Our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material We will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at Our sole discretion.
